• This rate applies to all general assistance tasks, including personal shopping, contacting local services, and providing on-the-ground support.

Additional Charges:

• Research Time: Billed at the standard hourly rate. For tasks requiring extensive study or specialized research, the hourly rate may be adjusted. Any rate changes will be discussed with you upfront.
• Travel Time: Time spent traveling to and from your location or for specific tasks is charged at the standard hourly rate.
• Preparation Time: Any preparation required to efficiently complete your task is also billed at the standard hourly rate.

Special Circumstances:

• Extensive Travel: For tasks involving significant travel, a negotiated fee will apply. We will work with you to determine a fair and reasonable rate based on the scope and complexity of the travel required.
• Driving and Transportation: If the task involves driving, you will be responsible for covering gas fees. If a rental car is needed, rental fees and any other associated costs will also be charged.
